*URL Note: If not yet indexed or difficult to find from the homepage, then include the full URL. Otherwise, use the homepage URL.

Date accessed: Only include if the source is one that might change

Note: When citing sources reproduced online from their print versions, it is not necessary to include online information such as the website publisher or the date of electronic publication.
